  1. Environmental regulations are for thee, not for me.

Oh, and I’m Governor, so whatever, I do what I want.

  3. California’s Division of Oil, Gas and Geothermal Resources. That agency said the work was a legal and proper use of public resources — and no more than the general public would get.

I heard this story on Mark Levin last night, and a woman who was a scout and did exactly this kind of work for oil companies called in to comment.
She said there was no way a private citizen could ever get that level of service, with seismic work, satellite work, GIS, surveys, etc. from the state, and if they could, it would cost tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Levin suggested all of his California listeners call the state of California’s Oil and Gas Resource Office and demand the same service for their back yards.

I wonder if Moonbeam can spell smell “hypocrite”?

  4. The leftists continuing to use government and crony capitalism to (try to) show that capitalism doesn’t work.

I’m annoyed that the general public won’t use the proper term, fascism, for corrupt and over-reaching government interfering in private business.

Moonbeam’s (ab)use of government resources is in the same vein as Obama using the IRS and (in)Justice department for political means.

  6. Typical Democrat corruptness. Jerry ‘Moonbeam’ Brown may act like he is morally above everyone else but in reality he is no better than a two-bit common thief.
