  8. A good friend of mine holds a management position in a group who is in a joint venture with Providence health care out here in WA. He tells me that all up and down the I-5 corridor, the reimbursement from Obamacare is not happening and that there are billions in missing funds. Change you can believe in.

    What? Our guys in WWII studied silhouettes of Japanese planes and ships for quick recognition training, why not do the same here?

    No ill intent here, other than readiness and knowing one’s enemies on sight, if needed. Even if that need is only to know when to point and laugh.
