  1. Actually, I remember that kind of thing being said back in about ’69 on campus when they were postulating that the “next big thing” for the Left™, after the anti-military/VietNamWar/draft things, would be environmentalism. I think Global Cooling was on the horizon. This was all before radical feminism and LGBQWERTY.

  2. Ummm….. Why does that Buraq appointed, statist harridan, she of the yellow river and Flint water supply infamy, still get any press? She admits to lying before; why should anyone listen to her now?

  3. According to the 1972 book Limits to Growth, we were all supposed to choke on our own sewage, asphyxiate on the polluted air, run out of food, and run out of oil. “We’re all gonna die!!!

When that didn’t scare the monkey, they switched gears and told us there’s a ice age a-coming. The science was sure on this!

When that didn’t pan out, they switched to global warming (“we have always been at war with Eastasia Eurasia whatever!”). When the polar bears didn’t conveniently die on schedule, we’re now supposed to worry about a generic “climate change,” which I guess is flexible enough to cover whatever happens.

Yep. And the sun will rise tomorrow…….

  4. That’s still not the point.
The point is more power and control over every facet of our lives.

    Green Science is neither.

  6. McCarthy openly admits that the Clean Power Plan “is not about end of pipe controls.” Instead, she says the rule is about “driving investment in renewables…

“And, conveniently enough, the companies that produce these “renewables” are all friends of ours.”

Youse got a problem wid’ dat?

  7. “Invest in renewables.”

More investment bubbles. Long term con verses short term bust out.

Something to do with pension plans.

    Wimpy’s persuasion.
