  1. It it were Disney lawyers, no contest.
    ExxonMobil? I’d say that’s a toss-up.
Chevron beat Ecuador and Argentina, maybe they’ll lend E/M a few lawyers.

  2. “ExxonMobil finds itself directly in that conspiracy’s crosshairs,” the company’s attorneys explained ….

Ooooh, I can see the Gabby Giffords Brigade getting their panties in a wad over that metaphor.

Ya gotta wonder what Mexifornia would do if all the oil companies just up and suspended all activities in the state – kinda like the way all their productive citizens are leaving. All gas supplies would run out in about three days. Then what? (Well, no food deliveries to stores to start with – I’m sure y’all can fill in the blanks after that …)

  4. Ocean temperatures have risen only 0.1 degree Celsius over the last five decades, according to a landmark study some scientists argue could change the way researchers measure the ocean’s temperature levels.ean’s temperature levels.*

…“Our precision is about 0.2 ºC (0.4 ºF) now, and the warming of the past 50 years is only about 0.1 ºC,”

G’head. Live without cheap energy. see what ya get…

These Global Wormerz are pushing a theocracy; dunno what else ya could call it. all based on Faith, not Facts, and motivated by punishment of “Sins”.

  5. Exxon Mobile has enough money to bankrupt cities.

Evidently, these cities don’t understand that while an ordinary citizen cannot afford to fight them, a company the size of Exxon can completely blow up the budget of a city attorney’s office. Heck, Exxon can probably destroy the budget of an entire city.

It’ll be fun to watch Exxon use courtfu and do a reverse on the old “process is the punishment” trick.

  6. Kleptofornia has shat the bed yet again. Please, please, will some company or group tell them “Fukit, I’m outta here”, and instead of complying with their lunacy or tying up years in court, stop doing business there or with them and let them lie in the mess they’ve made. After a few major examples of “Fukit”, the smell will overwhelm the Moonbeamers. How long can sane people just stand there and let the delusionals beat on them?

  8. ^ Yeah, but you need to check with a lawyer, first, to make sure it’s not slander/libelous.
