  1. Being pretty paranoid and cynical, the first thing I thought is that California just found a new host.
Look for fines for lemonade stands go up to $1,000/day plus a $500 “Wasting Water” fine in some of the more broke municipalities.

  2. This is a feel-good story and great advertising. Having a lemonade stand helps to form young capitalists and in today’s culture that is a no-no. So I will be using Country Time Lemonade this summer and will continue to patronize the lemonade stands I sometimes see in my neighborhood.

  3. Clamp down on kid’s lemonade stands in White Suburbia, but convicted felon run crack cocaine supermarkets in the Black ghettoes, it’s business as usual. Isn’t that racist?

however, when i looked at the ingredients on Country Time Lemonade it said 0% lemon juice. so i looked, but didn’t buy.

  5. I like the inference of the overly aggressive rules and laws as being unfair or immoral.

The idea of denying a 6 year old an opportunity to have a lemonade stand has just been put on notice as being a ridiculous and excessive act of the government. I love it.

All we need to make this better are MAGA hats.
