  1. Am I the only one that has a hard time seeing the connection between SpaceX and Tesla? Same ceo, inventer, capitalist, entrepreneur, but totally different outcomes.

    SpaceX that learns from every mistake and very seldom makes it a second time. The leader in what they do. Their outlook is very positive.

    Tesla that has ground breaking technology but seems to shoot itself in the foot at every opportunity. I see their long term outlook in the negative.

  2. ^ One is rocket science, and the other isn’t.

    With rocket science, you don’t sell your product, you sell a service — to outfits with big-bucks at stake.

    No reliable service, no income.

    Also, I’d venture a guess that the managers of these companies are significantly different.
